Periodically is back!

The strip is called "Periodically" because I update them, well, periodically. Also, the Periodic Table. Got it? Got it? Oh God please kill me.

My old (how old? 2009 old) comic strip was ressurected! Why? I had new ideas for it, that's why. Also, I'm writing my dissertation on comics being used in Chemistry education, and I just happened to have a bunch of Chemistry strips laying around, so...

These strips are extremely easy to draw and that's why I started doing them in the first place: they are easy, cute and they talk about Chemistry.

Periodically won't take the time I use for Bram & Vlad for the simple reason that I already have a good buffer from them (I'm 2 weeks in advance of updates!) and it is really quick to draw. I have 14 old strips that will be put in proper shape (no, really, they are awful - I won't post them here without making them a little better) and 4 new ones that are on the making. I'll identify them as I post here.

(PS: This cat is the mascot of the strip. She has a Portuguese name that is a Chemistry pun: the word for "Alchemy" in Portuguese sounds a little like "something that meows". Any suggestions for an English name in that vein? I can always keep the "Alchemy" name, but it would be great if I could keep the silly pun tone of her name.)
